The application of eyelash extensions is a highly technical and meticulous process, which requires well-trained estheticians and cosmetologists to perform the procedure. If you received your Classic Eyelash Certification through Flutter and Wink you will receive $100 off this advanced certification for Volume and Mega Volume Eyelash Extensions.  This is  two day course both days will be 9-5pm, first day will be learning three different methods of fans and the second day will be hands on with your model.

When you register for the Flutter and Wink lash course, you are acknowledging and affirming that you are a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician and that you are certified in Classic Eyelash Extensions.  State licensing requirements for the application of lash extensions vary from state to state, so it is incumbent upon you to research the requirement for your state and comply with any laws and requirements concerning the application of any lash extension products. Please be advised that since lash extensions are still relatively new to the U.S., you may not find a specific reference to “lash extensions” or “eyelash extensions” written in the codes. However, some states may provide a definition that would include lash extensions, such as “applying eyelashes to any person.” Some states do not require a cosmetologist or esthetician license.
